  • Develop novel deep learning-based image processing methods and medical image processing tools for cardiac imaging (invasive coronary angiogram and SPECT) and Quantitative computed tomography (QCT) analysis.
  • Develop multi-source integration methods using graph neural networks for hip fracture risk stratification.
  • DNA methylation, whole genome sequence, gene expression and microRNA data analysis for FEA-computed bone strength association.
  • Attend weekly research meetings and journal clubs with Tulane University Center for Biomedical Informatics and Genomics (CBG) group.
