- Develop novel deep learning-based image processing methods and medical image processing tools for cardiac imaging (invasive coronary angiogram and SPECT) and Quantitative computed tomography (QCT) analysis.
- Develop multi-source integration methods using graph neural networks for hip fracture risk stratification.
- DNA methylation, whole genome sequence, gene expression and microRNA data analysis for FEA-computed bone strength association.
